For many reasons, none of which were planned, we have lost the ability to blend the demands of operations with the need to maintain our equipment.

Key pieces of knowledge about asset mechanical management have been dropped from the business and engineering courses at our colleges and universities and the number of skilled and trained technical workers is dwindling every day.

We help companies to remember these key pieces of lost information and integrate them into their O&M structure. We then teach a technique to remember the solutions across multiple fiscal periods, changes in leadership, and turnover in key technical personnel. This will significantly improve operating efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
